Karen and I had a marvelous time in Austin. The show looked amazing and we were very pleased with the response. The weather was great, we spent quality time with friends and we ate some really good food. Culinary highlights include tacos from Torchy's on South 1st. I liked the fried avocado as well as the barbacoa. Karen preferred the shredded pork. We also had a nice banh mi from LuLu B's on South Lamar.
Onward into the future...I'm back to my weekly Saturdays at the Garage in Chelsea, NYC. Spring is here and I'm out looking for as much great stuff as I can find. Check out these vintage neon signs I just found.
